● A form of payment. Either a credit card, a debit card or cash*
● To be 18 years of age or over
● If you have full coverage car insurance that transfers to a rental car, please bring that certificate to the rental counter with you, as well
At Phoenix Car Rental, we will make every effort to rent to those who cannot qualify elsewhere. That said, final approval is up to the discretion of the rental agent.
